Eutopia is a growing recruitment consultancy with a people-first ethos and a reputation for strong personal relationships. Despite this, its digital presence was under-performing, outdated, impersonal, and lacking clarity around its strengths and services. They came to 6bythree to lead a complete Eutopia digital strategy and website redesign, a dual transformation aimed at aligning their external impact with internal ambition.
The leadership team recognised that to achieve sustainable, international growth, they needed to reduce dependency on individual consultants and instead build a recognisable, scalable brand.
We kicked off with our signature PABLO framework—examining the Problem, Audience, Brand, Landscape, and Outcomes.
Through interviews and research with clients, candidates, and internal teams, we uncovered clear signals:
Only 2 of 7 participants had interacted with more than one person at Eutopia
The website felt “cold,” “generic,” and failed to reflect Eutopia’s personal approach
There was a need for automation, segmentation, and stronger storytelling
These insights informed both the website rebuild and a strategic review of the business.
We installed Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar to assess real-time user behaviour. The data showed:
High homepage bounce rates
Low engagement with team profiles and service content
Absence of strong calls to action
We also reviewed Eutopia’s positioning within a competitive market that includes in-house talent acquisition and LinkedIn. This allowed us to identify gaps and opportunities.
We partnered with Eutopia’s leadership to define a 3–5 year roadmap, aligned to ambitious goals:
Triple revenue, team size, and profitability
Expand internationally into Benelux and the Middle East
Launch new Executive Search and Academic recruitment services
Reduce reliance on key individuals and increase data-led decision making
We mapped 15 strategic workstreams across brand, capability, partnerships, automation, and content.
Our UX team led a complete restructure of Eutopia’s digital estate:
Introduced clear sector-specific journeys for Clients and Candidates
Showcased individual consultant bios with credibility and personality
Embedded testimonials and service-specific proof points
Refined messaging to reflect Eutopia’s values of trust, quality, and care
The aim: transform user perception from “a recruiter I know” to “a consultancy I trust.”
We created a flexible, future-proof WordPress CMS, enabling:
Easy internal updates and scalability
Fast load speeds and mobile responsiveness
WCAG accessibility and GDPR compliance
Seamless integration with tools like JobAdder
Testing and iteration with real users validated our design decisions.
We trained the Eutopia team to manage their content and interpret analytics.
A phased roadmap continues to support growth through:
Marketing and content strategy
Data visualisation using PowerBI
Sector expansion and operational process mapping
Succession planning and knowledge management
Clearer client and candidate journeys
Reduced bounce rates and improved engagement
Stronger brand visibility and internal alignment
Scalable CMS ready for future expansion
Strategic roadmap to guide growth through 2030
Through a tightly integrated approach, linking business strategy, digital design, and ongoing support, 6bythree helped Eutopia reimagine their future. The project delivered more than a modern website; it empowered the team with a clear direction, stronger positioning, and the tools to scale.
This Eutopia digital strategy and website redesign now serves as a foundation for international growth, operational clarity, and deeper audience trust, ensuring Eutopia is no longer just a recruiter people know, but a consultancy they choose to work with.
