Career spanning project delivery and operational leadership roles at Accenture Consulting and Xchanging before moving to CIO level within a large-scale HE organisation.  Most recently as Managing Director, Jon lead the start-up and growth of Domain7 UK, a global Digital Design Agency, with offices in UK and Canada. 

As from July 2021, Jon has founded design consultancy 6bythree Digital. 

Ambitious, capable and experienced in selling and delivering a broad range of people-centric, evidence informed consulting, strategy definition and delivery, and data & digital solution delivery across the public sector.

Sophie is passionate about exploring intricate challenges to create meaningful and impactful work, using a human-centred, value-led approach to design and research to help clients reach their goals. With a broad range of experience as a designer working within start-ups, scale-ups and digital agencies, she helps teams stay focused on the bigger picture using proven methods such as: UX Audits, user research, workshops, journey mapping and prototyping.  

Her work has helped reposition and align products towards business goals; such as helping break down the barriers to healthcare through the development of a remote GP application. Whilst also helping clients turn ideas and concepts into working prototypes and products, such as empowering teachers to sell resources in a growing marketplace and building an accreditation tool for young people to gain employability skills.

Ollie Clark

Technical Director | Digital Solutions | Accessibility | SEO

Accomplished and adaptable web developer dedicated to improving experiences through technology. Delivering pixel-perfect websites and web applications for multiple CMS platforms including WordPress, Drupal and Umbraco, as well as a variety of static-site and headless solutions. Key focus on accessibility and improving user-experience through cutting-edge design and development practices, in addition to training clients on how to better manage their digital content through a tailored CMS solution.

Utilises a keen understanding of the larger relationship between technologies and systems to scope and plan robust, future-proof solutions for organisations that will improve connectivity and the wellbeing of their users.

Tim Sharpe

Strategy | Consulting | Service Design | Innovation Lead

Tim’s passion for design (both the process and the output of it) and the positive impact it can have when leveraged within business strategies has led him to work in Hong Kong, Switzerland, San Francisco and the UK.

Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to work with design consultancies big and small, including Pentagram, NewDealDesign and DCA, as well as holding senior management positions within Speedo and parent company, Pentland Brands.

At these companies he has proudly worked on some category changing projects for a broad range of brands such as Apple, Dell, Elekta, GSK, Hitachi Rail, HP, Kohler, Netgear, Omega, Samsung and TAG Heuer.

Richard Webber.

As an experienced and highly qualified digital change professional, Richard is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and strategically aligned organisation, processes, leadership and developments that will remove technological barriers from colleagues and customers. Recent work includes the development of enterprise integration strategy and overseeing integration development work connecting multiple customer serving services. Richard has worked with multiple County and Borough Councils, including Eastleigh Borough, Winchester City, Hampshire County and Great Yarmouth District fulfilling roles across IT Service Management Strategy, Change Delivery, Digital Application research, design and development together with broader coaching and skills development initiatives.

Andy Harsent

Andy’s true passion is people and harnessing relationships to create the greatest success stories for organisations. With almost two decades working as a manager in higher education, he is an experienced leader with a strong track record in IT service management and business analysis, working with stakeholders and customers to investigate, design and oversee the delivery of products and services, facing both internally and externally. A true believer in gathering both quantitative data with qualitative evidence, Andy balances the technical with the personal to truly understand the needs of organisations.

Andy also develops and delivers bespoke training courses spanning IT and management skills, with an emphasis on exploring the needs of individuals to ensure all learning can be truly valuable in their environments. He has a strong interest in diversity and inclusion, and considers accessibility and needs of all users in the work he undertakes.

Sophia Pettit

Sophia is a project manager with experience across a variety of digital, non-profit and start-up environments.

She employs expertise in Agile methodologies, as a key connector of all stakeholders via sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews. She ensures expectations are aligned as the project progresses, every step of the way. This affirms her personal commitment to clarity throughout organisational transformation, to achieve outcomes that meet all targets for time, budget and quality control.

Her management experience has focused on accessibility, wellbeing and community, including business development for an award-winning digital music start-up, managing director of a successful social enterprise, and as change manager for an established mental health charity.

Hazel Sharpe

UX Research | Product Management

Helping organisations transform their products and services to bring value to their communities.  Hazel’s specialities include developing and deploying hybrid methodologies to increase cross-disciplinary team productivity and efficiency, keeping the individual at the heart of it all. 

Her core capabilities include user research – focusing on bringing value to individuals by improving clients’ physical and digital products and services; Human Centred Design (UCD), Design Thinking and Agile across digital, physical and print; Developing and deploying hybrid methodologies to increase cross-disciplinary teams productivity and efficiencies; Agile practitioning, adaptable to different environments and methodologies; Workshops, presentations, pitches, communication and negotiations with C level clients/stakeholders alongside strong listening skills; and Transforming organisations by empowering individuals and teams at all levels.

Christine Wurth

User Experience Research | Design
Christine is an interdisciplinary designer with a background in communications design, experience design, and interaction design. Her practice includes emerging technologies research, speculative critical design and a focus on design and tech ethics.

Christine has worked for a diverse set of clients on a wide range of creative briefs. She co-founded the Anonymous Lobster Collective, which creates tools and experiences to empower young people to become change-makers towards sustainable futures and teaches as an Associate Lecturer on the User Experience Design course at LCC (University of the Arts London).

Miranda Llewellyn

Project Management 

A professional, sociable and confident Digital Project Manager – able to lead and motivate a team. Dedicated to protecting the customer experience and driving organisations to digital channels.

Miranda is a first-rate digital content creator who is absolutely committed to improving end-user or customer digital experiences.  Miranda is skilled at planning and implementing digital strategies that deliver results.  She is also has strong project management skills. Experienced across higher education and local council environments.

Laura Phillips

With experience in a large range of verticals including education, health and finance, I use data and experience to create and implement successful optimisation campaigns for a wide range of clients.

Ollie is an ambitious marketing professional with 18 years’ experience in digital.  He has worked with a range of successful start-ups as well as high profile brands including eBay, Tesco, Expedia, Feefo, TUI, BGL, 3M, Trevor Sorbie and Papa Johns.  He’s also won industry awards and has been featured in a variety of  publications, including BBC News, PPC Hero,  Wordstream, SEMrush & Virgin Entrepreneur.

As a Facebook & Google Certified Partner, he is familiar with leading digital campaigns on all channels including: Paid Search, Paid Social, Google Shopping, SEO, Programmatic, Remarketing, Display & Affiliates

Ollie is experienced with leading large scale web design projects from start to finish and accustomed to delivering board reports and influencing key stakeholders.

Siân Wilson

Capacity and Capability Building | Recruitment

Siân has pro-actively built a vast CIO and Director level network, and quickly built a reputation for her fresh approach that has set her apart from more traditional recruitment brands. She has invested the time to meet many personally and has since grown a large number of trusted relationships as a result. Siân has also attended several leadership conferences at UCISA to fully comprehend the strategic challenges faced at this level. She is often consulted for guidance on new opportunities at C-level by those within her network. Sian also works with a commitment to always provide diverse and inclusive shortlists for the clients she represents. As well as also being an advocate for Women in Technology and is dedicated to contributing towards a more balanced workforce, both within Technology, and Higher Education.

Sian specialises in Senior Leadership roles within IT (C Level, Directors, Senior Managers) but have also covered both technical & business facing roles within areas such as: Applications & Web, Infrastructure, IT Security, Project Management and Business Analysis.

John Powell.

John has lead implementations multiple large-scale ERP implementations across blue chip companies.  Certified Peoplesoft developer with over 15 years progressive experience in Peoplesoft Financials.  Recognised as a specialist in system integrations, data migration and debugging processes.

John is a conscientious and results driven project manager (Waterfall and Agile) with strong communication skills.  He brings superior time management and prioritisation skills that ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.  Logical, level headed and personable with an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent at reporting and query development, John also has a proven track record of increasing performance of slow running processes by tuning / redesign

Atharva’s passion lies in a holistic understanding of business problems, allowing him to create compelling narratives from diverse perspectives. He has a rich background in financial services, business administration, and business analytics coupled with an unwavering commitment to addressing sustainability.

Atharva’s creative pursuits extend to his personal blog, “Roots Before Branches,” where he delves into the art of storytelling and writing. Outside of work, he finds joy in singing, engaging in philosophical conversations, and exploring his culinary skills.
